Resort Championship
Ivan Yee wins his first title at the PBA Jackson Rancheria
Casino Resort tournament held at Gold Country Lanes in
Sutter Creek, CA. March 10-12th 2017.
Ivan Yee of San Francisco, CA. defeated Raymond Lussier
of San Jose, CA. 241-193 to earn his first PBA Title. Pre-
senting trophy and checks are proprietors John, Ed, and
Margret Swift.
Sutter Creek, Calif. (March 12, 2017)
– Ivan Yee of San
Francisco defeated amateur Raymond Lussier of San Jose,
Calif., 243-193, to win the Professional Bowlers Association
West Region’s Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort Champi-
onship at Gold Country Lanes on Sunday.
This was Yee’s first PBA Regional title, and earned him
$2,500. Lussier earned $1,300 for his second place finish.
In the semifinal round, Yee defeated Lanndyn Carnate of
Modesto, Calif., 179-159, and Lussier defeated Tony Rodri-
guez Jr. of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., 203-165, to set up
the championship match. Carnate and Rodriguez each
earned $1,000 as semifinal round losers.
The Sutter Creek event was part of the QubicaAMF PBA
