Haggerty, Dickey Win PBA
Tony Reyes Memorial Member/Non-
Member Doubles

San Jose, Calif. (September 3, 2017)
– PJ Haggerty
of Roseville, Calif. and his non-member partner Dupree
Dickey of Oakland, Calif., posted an 8-2 match play
record and a combined 18-game total of 8,398 pins
Sunday to win the PBA Tony Reyes Memorial Member/
Non-Member Doubles at 4th Street Bowl.
Haggerty and Dickey defeated Darren Tang of San
Francisco and non-member Zack Hattori of Las Vegas
who had a 4-6 match play record and 8,387 pins.
Haggerty and Dickey shared the $4,000 first prize.
Tang and Hattori earned $2,600.
The Tony Reyes Memorial is named in honor of the
late PBA Tour champion who died in 2012.

WSOB IX SET INTERNATIONAL RECORD
The GEICO PBA World Series of Bowling IX, pre-
sented by Eldorado Reno Properties, will have the
most international representation in the program’s his-
tory when it gets underway Nov. 7 at the National
Bowling Stadium in Reno.
The first event under the Go Bowling! PBA Tour um-
brella sponsorship package will have at least 27 coun-
tries in the sold-out field, thanks to first-time entries
from France and Mongolia. South Korea also is a new
addition to the field, which now includes players from
Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Colombia, Den-
mark, Ecuador, England, Finland, France, Germany,
Ireland, Japan, Latvia, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia,
The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Puerto Rico, South
Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand and Venezuela
as well as the United States.
The previous record for international representation in
the WSOB was 23 countries in 2016.
